CU-Boulder team develops new water splitting technique that could produce hydrogen fuel. Great idea but according to scientists it wouldn’t be cost-effective until the price of fossil fuels goes way up. Wouldn’t you think we humans could figure out a better metric than superficial dollar cost to promote smarter technologies that didn’t hurt the environment?
