Wheatgrass in one of the easiest things to grow. You can be assured of an excellent crop every time.

While making wheatgrass juice the kitchen fills with a wonderful aroma that says there is something nutritious going on here. I’ve never smelled anything like it. It’s a special kind of air freshener.

The deep, deep green color of the chlorophyll in the juice is a delight, too. Seeing that color just makes a person feel good.

An even easier alternative to making wheatgrass juice is sprouting wheat berries. Sprouts don’t have the chlorophyll found in the grass but they are nutritious in their own right. A natural magic occurs when seeds sprout.

Maybe we can do a video on sprouting in the near future, and on using the sprouts to make Essene bread, a simple food from Biblical times.
